(More customer reviews)do not buy this product if you are a novice or for that matter, quite adept with your computer. too many headaches to get things to work with this product using windows vista. customer service is also, lacking. if your e-mail works after install, you can request online help. Still no published phone number for customer support and still no e-mail response.
