(More customer reviews)On the plus side, the program is easy to use; kids will love it. On the negative side, I have compatibility problems. It worked on my first webcam, but not my new one. There is a Visual Communicator software update, but it did not fix my problem. The best technical support could do was suggest I update my video card driver, which had no effect. I never could get it to work on a laptop, it continually crashes. I did install it on another computer, which works better, but the video is still out of synch with the audio.
