(More customer reviews)QuickBooks is the best accounting package available. Having programmed 2 accounting software packages, I'm qualified to say. Why buy 5 users? If business is good, it takes more than one person to keep track of the money. And software is cheaper than employees waiting for computer time. My favorite business model for a multi-user QuickBooks has one person just doing invoicing. Another person just does scheduling so she's looking to see how customers are going to be scheduled--did they pay on time, is the job location correct, etc? And the owner keeps track of paying the bills and managing the bank account. If the network works already, even a novice business owner can get QuickBooks to work for more than one user (with a little help from Intuit's phone support).
