(More customer reviews)My fiancee researched the product prior to purchasing it. It had received good reviews. I installed on two computers and the installation was easy. But on one of my computers I had to reinstall my wireless printer it had taken the firmware off. I tried using the technical support which they refused to help, that was the only draw back. I had to reinstall the printer and everything is working great I would strongly recommend.
