Documents To Go 4.0 offers a collection of five applications for complete flexibility in accessing and editing the most common file types on your Palm device. It gives you instant access to Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents on your Palm PDA. You can create, view, and edit word processing and spreadsheet files, and open and review PowerPoint presentations. This version also supports PDF files and e-mail attachments.
Word To Go, the application for accessing Word and WordPerfect files, retains all your formatting, and allows you to make quick changes to documents and synchronize them with your PC. Sheet To Go lets you view and fully edit Excel, Lotus 1-2-3, and Quattro Pro files. You can even create new spreadsheets and add or edit formulas right on your handheld. Large and complex spreadsheets are optimized and reduced in size for instant access. Slideshow To Go allows you to view your presentation on your handheld, so you can review and practice anytime, anywhere. PDF To Go lets you view PDF documents, optimized for the Palm with graphics stripped out. DataViz Mail supports synchronization for e-mail and attachments on any Palm OS handheld. It extends the functionality of the built-in mail conduit by delivering to your Palm e-mail attachments created in Word, Excel, and other similar programs.
