(More customer reviews)This product was supposed to create a bootable backup drive and seamless restore of files.
I followed the instructions to the tee and it didn't work. Had to manually restore all my files and then trash the backup files on the backup to start fresh with a new backup set.
This software does not contain a way to recreate a catalog file of a backed up drive... something I got used to having with Retrospect.
If you have a Mac, use Time Machine on a new firewire backup drive and be done with it.
