(More customer reviews)The interface is easy to follow. The manual is detailed. The support is superb. Be aware that you may end up spend more than other brands. The service fee per transaction seems a bit high. I actually had to return it because their rate is almost double than another provider quoted me. Don't get me wrong. It is a very good product and they truly stand behind their "money back guaranteed" policy. I just need pay shipping to send it back. I received full refund within two weeks after they received the return even though I did not buy it from them directly.
