(More customer reviews)The strongest computer bridge program is determined each year at the annual World Computer Bridge Championship, which has been sponsored since 1997 by the American Contract Bridge League and the World Bridge Federation. In the 2008 and 2009 championships, the Bridge Baron program did not reach the semi-finals. Bridge Baron has won only the first of these ACBL/WBF events, back in 1997. The best computer bridge program today is Jack, which seven times won first place in 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2006, 2009, and 2010. In the 2010 championship, Jack defeated the second place finisher WBridge5 by a wide margin of 150 to 120 in the final match.
