(More customer reviews)I bought this direct, not thru Amazon. No wonder. Even Amazon has some scruples. They tell you it is 'SIMPLE'. Well it is simply awful and I have wasted sixty bucks. I wanted 'simple'. Will somebody please tell me what the devil this thing is doing? I don't know where it is backing things up nor in what form. There is no oontrol panel nor manual. My Computer tells me there is an "other" drive. What's that? Alas, shame on me. I fell for the marketing hype. I should know better. And Amazon, you should not sell this junk.
