(More customer reviews)This is the only real choice for Mac programming now, since Apple's free development tools don't support OS9. That's not a bad thing. CodeWarrior offers pretty much everything you need. PowerPlant is excellent for quick development, and the editor has plenty of useful features.
On the downside, the debugger doesn't work very well under OS X PB, and the printed documentation isn't included. But it's still a great program.
