Struggled with Office 2008 for MAc, which was a disaster, to the point that I was about to dump my mac for a HIDEOUS pc just for the need of decent excel functionality. I loved Excel 2007 for Windws, I think they did the right thing with it. Finally, I got Office 2011, and have to say it almost equals 2010 version for Windows.
I am a big fan of Apple, and believe Windows has followed a path of mistakes that are neverending, but Office for Mac should be undistinguishable from the one for Windows.
