(More customer reviews)I needed a firewire card with decent throughput that could support running a PreSonus FP10 audio interface. I needed the ability to record 8 channels of audio simultaneously while playing back other channels in a music production environment. Many of the cards out there will induce pops and dropouts due to the chipset in use, but this one has had none of those problems for me! I've had the card over a month now, and it has seen regular use and I have no complaints!
