(More customer reviews)I too used corel video studio pro x2 and switched to magix. I use both programs because I like the video filter effects in x2 better but this is a very powerful piece of software. I have used it to make many videos. I will warn you there is definitely a steeper learning curve to this program compared to corel. It took me awhile, but once I figured out what everything did it was easy, fun, and my movies looked terrific. There are so many options to this program. Of course being able use a multi-cam feature for four videos is incredible, but don't overlook the other features. You have many tracks to overlay and edit. You have mastering suites, soundtrack makers, custom sound effects creators, numerous video effects, all chroma key features, a 3-fold color correction system to enhance your RGB footage, numerous transitions, many supported formats and great avchd support. Not to mention Magix takes care of their customers. They even answer the phone promptly without all those annoying teleprompt services. They always have great offers. I picked this program up for $149 with a 50% discount just because I was a registered user. All of there other products are great too. I am also using Magix Music Maker 15. If this is too steep for your price range try Magix Movie edit 15 pro plus. I think you can pick it up for around $60 here on Amazon. I still use that program and it is still just as incredible.
