(More customer reviews)This product is a joke!! I bought it after reading good reviews about it & a couple mixed reviews. I bought it after seeing that V. 22 was having major issues still - I have owned Print Shop 6 Pro Deluxe for about 14 years & felt it was time to upgrade as I love Print shop & use it almost everyday! BEWARE!! It took me over 7 hours to install & I am a computer savvy person - I had to use trouble shooting online as I couldn't even get it installed all due to a simple .dll file that had to be moved out of a system folder & put on the desktop. Then once I did get it installed - the first day it worked o.k. - but quite slow. I played around with it & created 2 documents... 2nd day was a different story. Went to make an exact newsletter as previous day & the program kept stalling & taking 20-30 minutes between operations. Then it kept making my whole computer freeze up - which hasn't happened in years!! To make a long story short - I un-installed it, cleaned up my computer - thought I would give it one more try... still had to tweak files on hard drive for it to install & once installed - 20 to 30 minute delays & computer freezes - So it is un-installed for good & never to be used again!! BEWARE!! If you don't want a serious headache - STAY AWAY From this version of Print shop!
