(More customer reviews)The previous version was fine, but the 2011 version is a continual nuisance. Each time it scans for problems it wipes out all my user names at various websites, so I have to type them in again which is a hassle for the ones I frequently use. It also changes settings in my internet browser and at various sites, and removes icons (e.g. "new tab"), so I have to keep re-setting the browser settings and re-adding the icons.
I turned off the automatic scheduling of scans because it interrupted movie watching at Netflix, or whatever else I was doing.
I hate the 2011 version and miss the 2010 version. It acts more like an invader rather than a problem solver. I will not buy the 2012 version.
