(More customer reviews)I purchased this program because of the great online reviews from reputable AV websites. Well, after using the program for several days it is the most buggy and unstable program that I have used--PERIOD. I am an A+ certified technician and after viewing Event logs and following the trail as to why my new laptop was crashing repeatedly, including Explorer and numerous programs, I discovered that the culprit was Bitdefender 2012. I uninstalled it and my laptop has been running PERFECTLY for days! Google or read some forum notes from Bitdefender users and you'll find that there are many issues with this program. STAY AWAY FROM IT!
