(More customer reviews)I am a software professional. I know how to install and use software and Win XP. This software is junk and the vendor's support is a joke.
On my Win XP machine the software freezes every time I try to use it. Never once has it successfully completed encoding a movie for my mobile phone.
The customer support was worthless. Their best effort at solving the problem was to advise me to keep trying.
Pathetic, stay away from this company and their products.
