(More customer reviews)A necessary update to work properly with Office 2007. Still will not work with Office 2010. Very clunky and intereferes with several other com programs loaded into office 2007 including search commands. Having this operate as a com add in is better than previous methods. Required to disable PDF Maker from Adobe as an add in in order to get Reference Manager 12 to work. Calling technical services resulted in resolution of problems and understanding how to disable and requirement to disable various things. Very little new from version 11. Cannot transfer databases and searches from their other product EndNote so exchanging bibliographies with other scientists is problematic. Continues to be hard to make various adjustments and CWYW is annoying in terms of ability to make different settings for different documents. They removed "revert" so that you cannot just go back to inserted references without making a bibliography until you are ready to do so. Hope that for version 13 they will actually work with people who use the program and get it to be more modern.
