(More customer reviews)So far I'm pleased with the performance of these globes. Their ends have a point, so I had no problem pushing them into my flowerpots. The stem is narrow, but not so narrow that it's difficult to fill with water, and the bulb end is not so big that filling them up takes forever. I was concerned when I saw a lot of bubbles coming up after I first pushed them in, thinking all the water was just pouring out at once, but I think my plants were just thirsty!
I live in a dry climate, so there's no way these would last for my plants for two weeks, but one of my less needy plants takes about a week to drink it all. My neediest plant needs a refill every 3-4 days. They're all loving this so far.
Sometimes a little dirt does get clogged in the stem, which makes refilling a little harder, but if you have anything narrow (pencil, toothpick, etc) it's really not a big deal, and it doesn't impair the globe's functionality.
