(More customer reviews)I purchased this product over a month ago and still do not have the Serial Number in order to use the product. My husband is a dentist and teaches dentists, doctors and chiropractors in the field of head and neck pain. I sent Adobe Dr. Collins CV, a letter explaining his field and what he does, a copy of the product code and also the CE Certification that Dr Collins gives out at the end of the classes. To date I have not received the Serial Number in order the utilize the product. I am so frustrated with the personnel that I have had to deal with thus far. They also mentioned the the product code on the box is not good. How could that be? I guess I am going to have to return this product - no one at Adobe ever returns calls or lets me know what needs to happen next. They are not a company I feel confident in dealing with in the future.
