(More customer reviews)I installed this product on a MacBook Pro with no problems or issues. I later sold the MacBook Pro, advertising that it had LoJack for Laptops installed. I sold the laptop and wound up buying another copy of LoJack for the purchaser as LoJack won't let you transfer the product. A real pain; they did walk me through the steps to uninstall it on the sold machine and install it on another computer I own. I found the customer support very helpful and empathetic.
