This biggest problem from my experience was that I was looking for a Quickbooks refresher set of lessons, and this is aimed at those who are completely unfamiliar with the program. That was probably my fault for choosing this package rather than shopping around more.
Where it really loses the stars is with the outrageously boring presenter. I have never fallen asleep at work or in any situation no matter how boring but this one almost did it. The pace is so slow and the presenter is so boring that it is overwhelmingly easy to stop paying attention. Couple that with the the simplest Quickbooks functions and the learning experience is pretty difficult to go through.
It is probably a better idea to buy "Quickbooks 2011" The Missing Manual and read through the whole thing since it includes better information and does not put you to sleep. (This is what I had to do for my plan B)
