***Spa Office Pro 2010 32BIT/X64 DVD*** was purchased in good faith,
BUT I failed to realize that the 'Spa' part meant SPAnish (Puerto Rico)
instead I should have been presented with....
***"Eng Office Pro 2010 32BIT/X64 DVD"*** ..as in ENGlish.. for purchase...
OR... at the very least had an explanation or legend
to explain the 'SPA' part of the software sold to me.
NOT IMPRESSED!
