(More customer reviews)It's the full program and I was able to get a key for it. I sent them a pic of my college employee card, driver's license, and a pay stub (which was printed from our website). The next day I got the key! You can install it and use it as a trial until you get your key. During the trial, it mostly works...some codecs aren't available, but they come in after.
You MUST have a 64-bit Windows OS to run it, but other than that, the install is easy. It does include a 32-bit version of CS4, but I'm not sure what all is included in that. When you register it, you get to choose a free trial of something, so I chose the Lydia.com tutorials. I haven't used them yet, but many of the "getting started" tutorials are from Lydia.com.
It may not be the easiest program to use for throwing a video together or doing quick effects, but if you take the time to work with it, you'll get pro results! Search for BlameLukeTV on YouTube to see some videos made with it.
