I have used the free version since it was released and recently upgraded to Xobni Plus, which adds some key additional functionality and is well worth the cost. I am excited to see how they continue to update the product as it seems to get "smarter" all the time and continues to make searching for and finding past conversations and relevant information a breeze. I would highly recommend this product.
