(More customer reviews)Beware of this one. I have used Dragon Naturally Speaking for years on a PC. And loved it. But this Mac version crashed during installation and repeatedly thereafter. There is no technical support on weekends. And when I did manage to contact Tech Support via telephone, I could only understand 75 percent of what he said. Altho I carefully outlined the problem verbally and sent descriptions of the problem via email as requested, I received no reply...and no solution. If you Google "Dragon Direct for Mac crashes and hang ups" you will see that I am not the only one to encounter these problems. I just called Customer Service -- not easy to do -- and asked for a refund. Too bad because the PC version, which as I said I have used for years, works very well indeed. I'll miss it.
