(More customer reviews)I purchased this product primarily for the function of being able to freeze still photos from video clips. Everything else seemed to work with the program EXCEPT that particular function. I tried emailing the company several times to get assistance, and nobody would respond. They offer some kind of technical support, but you have to PAY FOR IT!! I have been really frustrated with this particular program not having technical support available. With the particular function I wanted to use, I'd go through the steps, and it just wouldn't work. Other simple photo funtions seem to work just fine. In my case, this was a waste of money, and you are definately ON YOUR OWN once you buy it.
