(More customer reviews)I work for a small non-profit that has been moving to scan and pitch as much paper as possible. We use network scanners, and they only scan to one predesignated folder. Before DymoFile I had to scan, return to my computer and find the scanned file, rename it to an appropriate name, and cut and paste it into the folder in which I wanted to store it long term. With DymoFile, I choose a name and location before I ever go to the scanner. If I have several documents, I can assign them names and locations and scan then all as one stack. Dymofile prints a piece of paper with a bar code for each document stack. After the scanning, the softwae monitors the target folder for the scanner and when it sees a bar code, it moves the file to the appropriate folder with the name I gave it. No muss, no fuss. You do end up printing paper that just gets pitched. But you don't have to think about the process. In the past, i would scan files and then get busy with other things, finding the files a couple of days later when I looked in the scan folder. Now everything is taken care of once the scanning is done. The professional version of DymoFile is only for those who do more than 5000 images a month. There is a cheaper Office edition that limits you to 5000 images or less each month. Great Product, Higly recommended.
