(More customer reviews)I have used defender pro for years with out any proplems but this version makes you go through the validation process every time you start your computer. If your not connected to the internet and close the window it just turns off. The support department was no help they said to turn off windows defender (which it already was) and turn down notification settings. The problem is the program forgets it has been validated, Establishing a internet connection resending id and password everytime you turn on the machine is annoyinng, time consuming.
