(More customer reviews)Many of the forms in the package, which I just opened, can be found for free on the web through your Secretary of State's Corporation Division, the IRS website, or a local university law library. If you have been in business for any length of time, these forms are too simple. If you are just starting out, it's worth the expense of consulting with a local attorney or, at least, checking out local business associations' and library resources first.
