(More customer reviews)This is the first time I have ever felt the incredible need to write a review, probably because this is one of the worst purchases I have ever made. As a retired engineer it has been 5 years since I used Vectorworks. At present my drafting needs are minimal and Vectorworks is quite expensive, hence my great mistake of buying Turbocad Mac Pro. The only way this program rates one star is that it is as low as you can go, a more correct rating would be a minus 3 stars. To summarize the qualities: Documentation is awful. Customer service doesn't exist. Scaling a drawing in any reasonable scale is impossible. Any reduction in scale from 1:1 results in the text or dimension numbers being too small to read. I wasted 6 hours trying to draw a simple plot plan and couldn't do it. I would like to put this on ebay and get rid of it for any price, but I can't do this to another human being.
