For the video recording modes you have three different options, Web Recording, Half-Size Recording and Full Screen Recording. FPS's are 15, 20, 25 and 30 with optional sound recording.
When you start a game you well see a green square at the top of your screen showing that it is turned on. When you press the F6 key to start recording the green square well go away, when you stop it well come back. This seems a little backwards to me but it's not that big of a deal I guess.
The video editer is impressive for being a $50 product.
There are many options for frame transitions, layers, video effects and text effects. The trim tool is very easy to use with the option to slow down or speed up the sceen. You can add your own music or narration to your videos.
You can only use videos the the game capture makes, not one made with other software. The origanl sound can lose sync if you add to many transitions but this can be fixed by slowing or speeding up the scene with the trim tool.
