If you're a more advanced user who needs to turn out a lot of videos or spend hours using this program, version 1 of this software is not for you. Look for something else. I've been stuck having to make well over 2 hours of videos with this software and it is torture trying to set up any kind of work flow. There is no "align" tool to align text objects, only "snap to edge" which can be fickle. I made a list of over 40 issues I had and gave them to the tech team which spoke with me at length over the phone.
I'm sure that even really basic users will grow tired of the lack of tools and capabilities in this software very quickly. Like their more robust Windows version, it won't be long before they make an adequate product for Mac too.
