(More customer reviews)I am considering returning the product, if I can find another product that works better. The tool had locked up several times, forcing me to hit the power switch to reboot. The menu system doesn't give you the ability to tell the user that they selected an invalid option and to try again. The custom greatings are easy to do, but you can't reuse them. A greeting you record for one mailbox is not selectable for another mailbox. Also, I would rate the on-line help as so-so, and Symantec's web knowledgebase as worst than most.
