When it arrived, the program couldn't read our SDHC cards. I emailed their support folks and received an almost instantaneous link to to an updated version. Zoom! Seriously. The software read all our cards found the missing photos and I was a hero. The entire Klix experience from ordering to upgrading to finding our photos is how every software company should handle their products and customers. If you are butter-fingered and forgetful like me, Klix is an inexpensive must-have for your digital kit.
