(More customer reviews)I have been a Roxio user and fan for many years -- and until now, their products have been great, but I have never seen such poor quality and had such a bad experience with a PC software product. After over a dozen hours of effort, this product will not install on Vista, no matter what (and I am a technical person with a degree in Computer Science & years of software experience). Phone support is $1.89 a minute, minimum 15 minutes... and the online support experience is horrendous, prompting me to write this review.
Save your patience, wits, and money and look elsewhere.
