(More customer reviews)do not buy this product if you are a novice or for that matter, quite adept with your computer. too many headaches to get things to work with this product using windows vista. customer service is also, lacking. if your e-mail works after install, you can request online help. Still no published phone number for customer support and still no e-mail response.

(More customer reviews)I purchased the item at walmart yesterday. Open and installed it. Had small trouble install it due to already having a free version of avg on my computer that conflicted with defender pro. I uninstall avg retried and know it works. It take a bit long to update but either than that it works great. I ran the pc cleaning tools and know my internet and computer are working perfect. I subtracted a start due to the fact it takes so long to update.
