(More customer reviews)1 star only because there is no ZERO. I bought it, and I returned it. They have a bug in it. Section headlines simply overlap the text when printed. So, unless you want to use charts for yourself do not bother to purchase it, because there is no way to present your final Business Plan to anybody. It would look awful. By the way, their technical support called back in couple of days (after I already returned it) that they know about the bug and that there is currently no fix. Oh, what a helpful piece of information.

Marketing Plan Pro 6.0 Review

(More customer reviews)I am a professional marketing manager, and this product was a great disappointment. We purchased it because of the great reviews, but I found it to be very cumbersome. The entire program is created in some sort of Web design software, and your documents are formatted in HTML. If you do not like the plain-jane layout that it offers you, YOU MUST GO IN AND EDIT THE HTML CODE to change it. In addition, the entire program was designed around marketing PRODUCTS so if you have a service based industry, or combination, you will spend great amounts of time deleting and adding categories. I finally gave up on the program and transferred everything over to Word. The only thing good about this software is the samples it provides, which I could have obtained free from a textbook. I wish I had my money back.

Quicken Legal Business Pro 2011 Review

(More customer reviews)I don't know if I would necessarily start a corporation with 250 employees with this software, but for most people, this software library will go a long way towards officially documenting their life's little legal affairs. Everything from buying a car to starting a small business, to even buying your own home (without an agent) can be accomplished with this software.
For those of you doing any of the above mentioned activities, this set should be perfect (for banks and IRS). For those looking to deal in large sums of money or complicated affairs - you are already talking to a lawyer anyway ... for those of us looking for a nice set of everyday legal forms and for those staring a business - this is a great and indispensable software set to get to up and running (looking very professional I might add).

(More customer reviews)I have had several versions of Business Plan Pro over the years, and have loved it. The new user interface in Version 11 has made it much easier to keep my business plan upt to date. I especially like that it gives you an estimate on how long each of the steps should take. It makes the whole process less daunting.
I read one of the reviews about the Tech Support at Palo Alto Software, and that made me want to post this message. I have had to call tech support in the past and they have been really good at helping me troubleshoot the issues I have come up with. I had a problem similar to the other poster in an older version, where it looked like nothing was typing into the program, and all my menus were blank. Tech Support help me find that this issue was caused by a high contrast window setting on my PC, and not something in the software. Changing my desktop appearance resolved the issue.
