(More customer reviews)Panda started out fine. It found 5 viruses, unfortunately it couldn't do anything with them. It then asked me if I wanted to continue or finish, continue I said. Panda went and found those same 5 viruses it couldn't do anything with. Would I like to save this report it asked? You bet, just insert a floppy disk it said. This is Panda Pro 2009 asking for a floppy disk. Well I bet when I re-boot we can do some good. Lost that bet, my computer won't even start now. No problem, I remember reading about their great tech support. Well it sounds real good, unfortunately after explaining in great detail what had happened in an email I got nothing, not even an auto-reply. I spent money, wasted a bunch of time and Panda rendered my computer completely useless. It seems to have worked for a lot of people, I wish it had worked for me.
