(More customer reviews)I had an older version of ACT! that started getting a little unstable and I wanted to upgrade without spending a fortune. I love the new version of ACT! -- much more stable with the look and feel I'm used to but some nice tweaks that make it even easier to use. Well worth the price for the upgrade.
