(More customer reviews)I'd tested out PSPX but was hesitant about the price tag, so I looked around a bit more and found PSP8 for under $30. It may be two years old, but bluntly, it's better than PSP10 for a third the price, better than Adobe Photoshop Elements for a third the price, so the only thing left to compare it to is full Photoshop which comes in at 15 times the price? I'm not even looking.
Full features, easy to use interface, easy to handle controls, easy to understand documentation (even if it is a pdf you need to download), I'll recommend this as the best graphics processor for even the uncommon person.
