I sincerely recommend this product to everyone and anyone who has lost hope in recovering files from a PC that will not boot. I was able to successfully recover all of my irreplaceable memories. This product made my entire year! My laptop would not boot what so ever...I just kept getting a black screen. My HP Pavilion laptop even refused to boot in safe mode. Like I said I lost hope and this CD brought back a new light into my life. I would recommend this product one hundred times if I had to =D xoxo
