(More customer reviews)I did alot of research on DJ software. traktor pro was most often rated the highest. After using this program for a few gigs, I see why. Very simple, user friendly program w/ low C.P.U. usage on a good computer. Searcing for music is simple as can be. You can simply type in any keyword or title, or search manualy through folders. With Traktor Audio 4/8 DJ soundcard the sound is incredible. I also use the Tractor Kontrol X1. Very afordable yet powerfull and works excelent with Traktor pro. The effects are super high quality and intantly adjustible with the Kontrol X1. One cool/usefull effect is the scratch effect. It mimics several scratch effects almost perfectly. So you can mix in some scratch w/o having actual scratch control. looping is quick, easy, and seemless w/ alot of options too. I mix w/ an external mixer, however internal mixing is included. Also 2/4 deck operation w/ several view options. I do wish there was a "Holding" area for songs your about to load into the decks, while you search for other songs/folders. There may be but I havn't found it yet. You can also play a just about any type of file format imaginable, as long as it's not DRM protected like I-tunes ect...Program runs all night with no problems. I highly recomend this for any D.J.
