(More customer reviews)Well I know that the seller is beyond great... And this situation has nothing to do with them in any sort of way. I got my item very fast and there were no complaints towards that. Plus I have to give them the utmost respect for the notice that said does not work on 64 bit systems. So with that being said, the program itself is the problem. I don't understand how my brother has XP 64-Bit and it works perfectly fine, but me having Vista 64-Bit makes it freeze up causing a hard boot. Doesn't make any sense considering the package clearly states the systems it operates with, and Vista being one of them. Doesn't say anything about not operating on 64 bit systems and for that I am completely disappointed with the product.
