(More customer reviews)The old version worked great with Vista, but then it expired. The new version installs but will not open/run. After hours of online chatting with customer service (since if you call the phone number it tells you to go online and hangs up on you--3 different numbers) I got nowhere. Beware, it's a real time-waster. Go with something else, Vipre seems to run fine so far.
UPDATE: 3 weeks later, still waiting for my refund.
