(More customer reviews)In my opinion MY MAIL LIST by Avanquest is not consumer friendly. First, they don't tell you up front that you are licenced for only one computer. Had I read that on the package, I wouldn't have bought it. Also, It's not an easy program to use. I worked for nine hours to import a list and it wouldn't get all the data. I finally resorted to use Microsoft Word and Excel and accomplished it in 30 minutes. Everything else in the program relating to mailings is available on the USPS website. A program doesn't have to be this complicated. As far as I'm concerned it was a wasted $80.00 (I bought 2). This letter is directed to the
MY MAIL LIST software and not to Amazon.com whose service was excellent in getting the product to me in very fast time.Thanks for this opportunity to voice my feelings on this matter.
